Cardio Strength

After a warmup that includes stretching and mobility work, this 45-minute class includes exercises that require you to use your entire body, so that you are able to apply that mental and physical strength in your everyday life. We will focus on lifting weights in all planes of motion with varying resistance, positions, and intensity.

We will focus on lifting weights in all planes of motion with varying resistance, positions, and intensity.

Upper Body + Core

You will see a mix of dynamic, stabilizing core exercises, as well as weighted upper body focused strength moves. We often use our core while executing other moves, but this class will give some direct focus to strengthen your abdominals and back. In 45 minutes, you can expect to build strength and stability in your upper half.
