Want to feel the sense of community and the support of others? Then this semi-private option is for you.
These sessions are crafted each time to ensure that you are working towards your personal goals, as well as working around your needs, injuries, and schedule. While you and the other client(s) may be doing similar exercises in the session, each client's’ resistance, position, and intensity may vary. The mobility at the beginning of the 45 or 60 minutes together prepares you for the work to come. By the end of the training session, each person will feel more knowledgeable about their own body.
Due to COVID-19, sessions can be held in person (outside and at a distance) or virtually.
